then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.13TSKCOMഅവൻ കരുതിക്കൂട്ടാതെ അങ്ങനെ അവന്റെ കയ്യാൽ സംഭവിപ്പാൻ ദൈവം സംഗതിവരുത്തിയതായാൽ അവൻ ഓടിപ്പോകേണ്ടുന്ന സ്ഥലം ഞാൻ നിയമിക്കും.13TSKCOMAvan karuthikkoottaathe angane avanre kayyaal sambhavippaan daivam samgathivaruthiyathaayaal avan otippokentunna sthalam njaan niyamikkum.13TSKCOMयदि वह उसकी घात में न बैठा हो, और परमेश्वर की इच्छा ही से वह उसके हाथ में पड़ गया हो, तो ऐसे मारनेवाले के भागने के निमित्त मैं एक स्यान ठहराऊंगा जहां वह भाग जाए।14TSKCOMBut if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.14TSKCOMഎന്നാൽ ഒരുത്തൽ കരുതിക്കൂട്ടി കൂട്ടുകാരനെ ചതിച്ചു കൊന്നതെങ്കിൽ അവൻ മരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അവനെ എന്റെ യാഗപീഠത്തിങ്കൽ നിന്നും പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോകേണം.14TSKCOMEnnaal oruthal karuthikkootti koottukaarane chathichu konnathengkil avan marikkendathinnu nee avane enre yaagapeethathingkal ninnum pitichu kontupokenam.14TSKCOMपरन्तु यदि कोई ढिठाई से किसी पर चढ़ाई करके उसे छल से घात करे, तो उसको मार ढालने के लिथे मेरी वेदी के पास से भी अलग ले जाना।।15TSKCOMAnd he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.15TSKCOMതന്റെ അപ്പനെയോ അമ്മയെയോ അടിക്കുന്നവൻ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.15TSKCOMThanre appaneyo ammayeyo atikkunnavan maranashiksha anubhavikkenam.15TSKCOMजो अपके पिता वा माता को मारे-पीटे वह निश्चय मार डाला जाए।।16TSKCOMAnd he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.16TSKCOMഒരുത്തൻ ഒരാളെ മോഷ്ടിച്ചിട്ടു അവനെ വിൽക്കയാകട്ടെ അവന്റെ കൈവശം അവനെ കണ്ടുപിടിക്കയാകട്ടെ ചെയ്താൽ അവൻ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.16TSKCOMOruthan oraale moshtichittu avane vilkkayaakatte avanre kaivasham avane kantupitikkayaakatte cheythaal avan maranashiksha anubhavikkenam.16TSKCOMजो किसी मनुष्य को चुराए, चाहे उसे ले जाकर बेच डाले, चाहे वह उसके पास पाया जाए, तो वह भी निश्चय मार डाला जाए।।17TSKCOMAnd he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.17TSKCOMതന്റെ അപ്പനെയോ അമ്മയെയോ ശപിക്കുന്നവൻ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.17TSKCOMThanre appaneyo ammayeyo shapikkunnavan maranashiksha anubhavikkenam.17TSKCOMजो अपके पिता वा माता को श्रप दे वह भी निश्चय मार डाला जाए।।18TSKCOMAnd if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:18TSKCOMമനുഷ്യർ തമ്മിൽ ശണ്ഠകൂടീട്ടു ഒരുത്തൻ മറ്റവനെ കല്ലുകൊണ്ടോ മുഷ്ടികൊണ്ടോ കുത്തിയതിനാൽ അവൻ മരിച്ചുപോകാതെ കിടപ്പിലാകയും18TSKCOMManushyar thammil shanthakooteettu oruthan marravane kallukonto mushtikonto kuthiyathinaal avan marichupokaathe kitappilaakayum18TSKCOMयदि मनुष्य फगड़ते हों, और एक दूसरे को पत्यर वा मुक्के से ऐसा मारे कि वह मरे नहीं परन्तु बिछौने पर पड़ा रहे,19TSKCOMIf he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote him be quit: only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed.19TSKCOMപിന്നെയും എഴുന്നേറ്റു വടി ഊന്നി വെളിയിൽ നടക്കയും ചെയ്താൽ കുത്തിയവനെ ശിക്ഷിക്കരുതു; उस दशा में वह उसके पके रहने के समय की हानि तो भर दे, ओर उसको भला चंगा भी करा दे।।20TSKCOMAnd if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.20TSKCOMഒരുത്തൻ തന്റെ ദാസനെയോ ദാസിയെയോ തൽക്ഷണം മരിച്ചുപോകത്തക്കവണ്ണം വടികൊണ്ടു അടിച്ചാൽ അവനെ നിശ്ചയമായി ശിക്ഷിക്കേണം.20TSKCOMOruthan thanre daasaneyo daasiyeyo thalkshanam marichupokathakkavannam vatikontu atichaal avane nishchayamaayi shikshikkenam.20TSKCOMयदि कोई अपके दास वा दासी को सोंटे से ऐसा मारे कि वह उसके मारने से मर जाए, तब तो उसको निश्चय दण्ड दिया जाए।21TSKCOMNotwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money.21TSKCOMഎങ്കിലും അവൻ ഒന്നു രണ്ടു ദിവസം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നാൽ അവനെ ശിക്ഷിക്കരുതു; क्योंकि वह दास उसका धन है।।22TSKCOMIf men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.22TSKCOMമനുഷ്യർ തമ്മിൽ ശണ്ഠകൂടീട്ടു ഗർഭിണിയായ ഒരു സ്ത്രീയെ അടിച്ചതിനാൽ ഗർഭം അലസിയതല്ലാതെ അവൾക്കു മറ്റൊരു ദോഷവും വന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ അടിച്ചവൻ ആ സ്ത്രീയുടെ ഭർത്താവു ചുമത്തുന്ന പിഴ കൊടുക്കേണം; he shall let him go free for his tooth’s sake.27TSKCOMഅവൻ തന്റെ ദാസന്റെയോ ദാസിയുടെയോ പല്ലു അടിച്ചു തകർത്താൽ അവൻ പല്ലിന്നു പകരം അവനെ സ്വതന്ത്രനായി വിട്ടയക്കേണം.27TSKCOMAvan thanre daasanreyo daasiyuteyo pallu atichu thakarthaal avan pallinnu pakaram avane svathanthranaayi vittayakkenam.27TSKCOMऔर यदि वह अपके दास वा दासी को मारके उसका दांत तोड़ डाले, तो वह उसके दांत की सन्ती उसे स्वतंत्र करके जाने दे।।28TSKCOMIf an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.28TSKCOMഒരു കാള ഒരു പുരുഷനെയോ സ്ത്രീയെയോ കുത്തിക്കൊന്നാൽ ആ കാളയെ കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞു കൊല്ലേണം; അതിന്റെ മാംസം തിന്നരുതു; കാളയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥനോ കുറ്റമില്ലാത്തവൻ.28TSKCOMOru kaala oru purushaneyo sthreeyeyo kuthikkonnaal aa kaalaye kallerinjnju kollenam; athinre maamsam thinnaruthu; kaalayute utamasthano kurramillaathavan.28TSKCOMयदि बैल किसी पुरूष वा स्त्री को ऐसा सींग मारे कि वह मर जाए, तो वह बैल तो निश्चय पत्यरवाह करके मार डाला जाए, और उसका मांस खाया न जाए; परन्तु बैल का स्वामी निर्दोष ठहरे।29TSKCOMBut if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.29TSKCOMഎന്നാൽ ആ കാള മുമ്പെ തന്നേ കുത്തുന്നതായും ഉടമസ്ഥൻ അതു അറിഞ്ഞുമിരിക്കെ അവൻ അതിനെ സൂക്ഷിക്കായ്കകൊണ്ടു അതു ഒരു പുരുഷനെയോ സ്ത്രീയെയോ കൊന്നുകളഞ്ഞാൽ ആ കാളയെ കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞു കൊല്ലേണം; he shall give unto their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.32TSKCOMകാള ഒരു ദാസനെയോ ദാസിയെയോ കുത്തിയാൽ അവൻ അവരുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥന്നു മുപ്പതു ശേക്കെൽ വെള്ളി കൊടുക്കേണം; കാളയെ കൊന്നുകളകയും വേണം.32TSKCOMKaala oru daasaneyo daasiyeyo kuthiyaal avan avarute utamasthannu muppathu shekkel velli kotukkenam; kaalaye konnukalakayum venam.32TSKCOMयदि बैल ने किसी दास वा दासी को सींग मारा हो, तो बैल का स्वामी उस दास के स्वामी को तीस शेकेल रूपा दे, और वह बैल पत्यरवाह किया जाए।।33TSKCOMAnd if a man shall open a pit, or if a man shall dig a pit, and not cover it, and an ox or an ass fall therein;33TSKCOMഒരുത്തൻ ഒരു കുഴി തുറന്നുവെക്കുകയോ കുഴി കുഴിച്ചു അതിനെ മൂടാതിരിക്കയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടു അതിൽ ഒരു കാളയോ കഴുതയോ വീണാൽ,33TSKCOMOruthan oru kuzhi thurannuvekkukayo kuzhi kuzhichu athine mootaathirikkayo cheythittu athil oru kaalayo kazhuthayo veenaal,33TSKCOMयदि कोई मनुष्य गड़हा खोलकर वा खोदकर उसको न ढांपे, और उस में किसी का बैल वा गदहा गिर पके34TSKCOMThe owner of the pit shall make it good, and give money unto the owner of them; and the dead beast shall be his.34TSKCOMകുഴിയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥൻ വിലകൊടുത്തു അതിന്റെ യജമാനന്നു തൃപ്തിവരുത്തേണം; എന്നാൽ ചത്തുപോയതു അവന്നുള്ളതായിരിക്കേണം.34TSKCOMKuzhiyute utamasthan vilakotuthu athinre yajamaanannu thripthivaruthenam; ennaal chathupoyathu avannullathaayirikkenam.34TSKCOMतो जिसका वह गड़हा हो वह उस हानि को भर दे; वह पशु के स्वामी को उसका मोल दे, और लोय गड़हेवाले की ठहरे।।35TSKCOMAnd if one man’s ox hurt another’s, that he die; then they shall sell the live ox, and divide the money of it; and the dead ox also they shall divide.35TSKCOMഒരുത്തന്റെ കാള മറ്റൊരുത്തന്റെ കാളയെ കുത്തീട്ടു അതു ചത്തുപോയാൽ അവർ ജീവനോടിരിക്കുന്ന കാളയെ വിറ്റു അതിന്റെ വില പകുത്തെടുക്കേണം; ചത്തുപോയതിനെയും പകുത്തെടുക്കേണം.35TSKCOMOruthanre kaala marroruthanre kaalaye kutheettu athu chathupoyaal avar jeevanotirikkunna kaalaye virru athinre vila pakuthetukkenam; chathupoyathineyum pakuthetukkenam.35TSKCOMयदि किसी का बैल किसी दूसरे के बैल को ऐसी चोट लगाए, कि वह मर जाए, तो वे दोनो मनुष्य जीते बैल को बेचकर उसका मोल आपस में आधा आधा बांट ले; और लोय को भी वैसा ही बांटें।36TSKCOMOr if it be known that the ox hath used to push in time past, and his owner hath not kept him in; he shall surely pay ox for ox; and the dead shall be his own.36TSKCOMഅല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആ കാള മുമ്പെ തന്നേ കുത്തുന്നതു എന്നു അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടും ഉടമസ്ഥൻ അതിനെ സൂക്ഷിക്കാതിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവൻ കാളെക്കു പകരം കാളയെ കൊടുക്കേണം; എന്നാൽ ചത്തുപോയതു അവന്നുള്ളതായിരിക്കേണം.36TSKCOMAllengkil aa kaala mumpe thanne kuthunnathu ennu arinjnjittum utamasthan athine sookshikkaathirunnu engkil avan kaalekku pakaram kaalaye kotukkenam; ennaal chathupoyathu avannullathaayirikkenam.36TSKCOMयदि यह प्रगट हो कि उस बैल की पहिले से सींग मारने की बान पक्की यी, पर उसके स्वामी ने उसे बान्ध नहीं रखा, तो निश्चय यह बैल की सन्ती बैल भर दे, पर लोय उसी की ठहरे।।
